Not great customer service. I wish they would be considerate and ask your name when your waiting for a mobile order. You have to... tell them, they won't ask. I could not see there were some orders ready so I thought mine wasn't ready yet and I was justsilently waiting. They never acknowledged I was there, until I moved waiting spots and saw that there were a bunch ready on theother side. My coffee was cold by then. Read more

Been to tgis location a few times. Good coffee per standards. Speed & friendliness of staff depends on whos working Not that... they've ever been rude but some employees are just more happy in the mornings. Hard to judge speed to be truthful as I findthis location has fewer employees on shift than most I go to. But there's 2 employees I notice that move about freely & usuallyharve ear buds in so im sure they're in their own world & thats just life now days. Read more
Honestly I stopped going to SB because quality had gone downhill, but I guess it depends on location. This one didn't fail;... cappuccino was tasty along with lemon coconut bar. Nice location too! I would probably return.???? Read more
I love this kiwi starfruit refresher so since we were in the area I decided to stop and get one. Store is clean, but bathrooms... still aren't open! The line was long but moved quickly. 4 people behind counter and shift change so it took a while to get mydrink. The barista made my drink perfect! Read more
Sadly I have to re-rate my previous 5 ? to 2, and I'm being generous. This used to be my go to, now I have a better chance at... Safeway on Foothill. This location is randomly closed, can't pre order.. just awful ???? This is my local starbucks, I'm in atleast once a week. Service always depends on the staff that morning, I have my baristas I ?, and then there are 2 or 3 I'm like"ugh" when I walk in.
