This is my second negative review in a business ever. I made an online order at 8:26, I supposed to pick it up in 16 -21... minutes. Everyone else was picking their order but me. The cashier just apologized and blamed me for order a Hot HoneyRub-Wings. He told me they were making the sauce, I think it was artisan - homemade made or they were harvesting the honey fromthe trees. It?s 9:29 pm and I?m still waiting for my order. This place is insane during the weekends or Friday. You can place an online order for 4 hours later, arrive 15 minutes after the... time, still have to wait an additional 30 minutes. During the week it's probably an extra 10 minutes with online order. This Wing Stop has its moments, stop touching hinges in the restaurant with the same same rings your grabbing chicken with! I... tell you the employees should be a bit more compassionate and kind. There is a lot nasty employees with horrible attitudes, veryrude not too mention incorrectly making orders. For the third, fourth time now it?s been all bad for me, still give them thebenefit the doubt ONLY because I know how it is working in this industry I decided to give them another try, not one more timebut two -3 more times and they failed terribly. Fresh is fresh and made to order, well done not burnt or dry, extra sauce andseasoning means and more don?t take away, I did not order plain chicken wings, then charge me additional for sauce when I order30 wings with one flavor, for real are you serious, imma need a refund!
