As many people say, if I could give a zero I would. Customer service is not present what so ever. I thought I had upgraded my... drink to the 32oz and the worker showed me I did not, which is ok. I apologized for the misunderstanding, but the guy had a badattitude about it as if I was upset. The I asked if you could possibly get a little container some extra Original Hot, and hethought I said that I wanted my sauce on the side? so pulls the receipt up again. So I showed him I did get original hot on mywings but I was wondering if could get a little more sauce in a container? then he asked if I just wanted it on the wings so Iagreed to it. He brings me the box of wings closed. He had a smirk on his face, but I shrugged it off. When I got home to enjoymy favorite wings ever, they were drenched in a pool of sauce. Now I knew why he had a smile on his face. Honestly tongue do nottaste like origin hot. They are way hotter, which makes me believe that they put their hottest sauce. They are harder to enjoy.I will not be going back to this location, unless that staff is fired. Read more
This is the WORST Wingstop in the entire Bay Area. I am all for places having bad days but they are consistently bad. Orders are... always wrong. Ask for well done fries and they are cold and soggy. Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub are supposed to be dry. Theyhad so much oil on them they made the entire family squirt all night long. Done with em for ever ! Read more

This is the worst food I've ever had. If you are sodium restricted? Do not eat at this place. The fries are over salted Tried to... call. Phone System does not work. The CEO and Franchise owners should be ashamed to serve this to anyone. I given your companyseveral tries at your food. It's horrible and zero customer service. I love chicken wings and once in a while I'll go for wing stop even though there not crispy like wings are supposed to be when... fried. I think this will be my last trip to wing stop, there were very mushy, fried in old oil, just bad food! Read more

I will never go this store again. If you guys consider to buy, go another location. Here, you gonna wait forever. I ordered my... chicken around 6:34pm and waiting until 7:30.
