Uh why would they even serve this, over 5 dollars for burnt onion rings can?t even bite them cause they are so hard?
Terrible service and beyond rude. The drive thru took a ridiculous amount of time and by the time I got up to the screen to... order after waiting in line for 10 minutes it hit 9 o'clock and they closed the drive thru and wouldn't let me order. Whoeveris running this place needs to start dropping the dead weight and start hiring employees that actually work and care aboutcustomer service. Read more
This drive through only is not working for you DQ. The dining room is closed so we had to wait in a long drive through line.... Gave me a small blizzard though I ordered a mini...I repeated it twice even. We got to the window and asked the worker forketchup. He said he would put it in the bag. Did he do that? No. Also did not give us a straw for our beverage. Of course theyline was too long for us to drive around and ask for these items. If you are only going to operate the drive through, then youbetter be good at it. The only positives about this experience was that the food was hot and the worker was polite. The app is going to be your best friend during rush times. Please use it to have you order brought out to you so you are not... causing congestion with the drive thru line backing up into the main thruway. Read more
Going to DQ is great whenever the drive thru line isn't five to thirteen cars long. It happens quite often, especially in the... summer when folks are getting ice cream. I enjoy a good dilly bar, blizzard, and sundae from time to time, but I usually getsome their burgers, fries, onion rings, and sandwiches. It's a good treat to get, but it has become a little more difficult toget with the long lines. There are also some early closings on some days. Read more
This DQ went from the best to the worst. This is the third time. 3 strikes, your out. This is what we received. I meal, Dilly... Bars and 3 drinks $42.00. I hope someone else enjoyed my Mother's Day gift. Enough is enough. Get your staff under control.Never again. Read more
Not sure what?s going on with the serving sizes at this Dairy Queen, but the sundaes definitely used to be more than two... tablespoons of ice cream. This is fresh from the drive thru, and the curl on top didn?t even reach the rim of the bottom cup.Pretty disappointing if you ask me. Can?t expect business to stick around if you stick it to your customers like this. Read more
