Take out order, used app. No notification food was done 20 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. Food was put in bag... sideways and caused all the sauces to intermingle in bottom of bag. Made a huge mess in my vehicle. Order was incorrect as well.The food was still tasty though. Read more
Disappointingly bland food and horrible attitude. Took family of 5 here for lunch $70+. Got one my kids order wrong and blamed... it on him and just walked away. Forgot another item which we just gave up. Never got a receipt Kung pow chicken was notspicy as it was supposed to be. My Hot & Spicy Szechuan Pork was fair at best. The fried rice was brown and that is the best Ican say about it. Please improve your customer service. Read more

I ordered the Hunan Chicken extra spicy and it was awesome! The chicken was so crispy, flavorful, and juicy. The sauce had the... perfect amount of spice and there was a great balance of a lot of vegetables that were cooked perfectly. 10/10 will be cominghere again. Read more

The food was absolutely awesome and delicious! We ordered around 2:50pm and food came out very quickly! Great lunch options. My... husband said that it was the best sesame chicken he has ever had! Bad service and even worse food. I ordered the honey chicken however, what I received tasted like a mix of mustard and sweet... and sour sauce. When I asked if I had received the correct thing, I was laughed at and corrected by the lady at the register. Additionally, you have to get your own drinks and they charge for soda by the can. In the end the only positive thing I can sayis the joint was clean. I will never come here again, ever. Read more
My favorite place to eat. Friendly service. Lots and lots of hot food. The food is always consistent and great tasting.... Definitely if visiting Hayward, you need to go there. I love them. You can eat in or order to go. Either way, always great food. Read more
