Was in late tonight, probably 7 cars pulled up about the same time... Me being the second.. the person ahead of me ordered 10... different, all special order sandwiches. I started my order at what felt was an appropriate amount of wait. The 4 elderlypatrons behind me didn't agree... Clear irritation and impatientence we're across all their faces. The staff looked like they were 12 years old. When I ordered the kid asked me how to make it. He had no clue. Sandwich was good... and I was happy. Went around 4 pm and it was packed. Read more

My boyfriend and I are unpleased with the performance of the staff at this Subway. We?re Subway connoisseurs, and acquire... sandwiches quite frequently. Although, this time...THIS time was horrendous; as we were confronted with a poorly crafted wrap.Not only was the wrap poorly executed, but there was a major lack of attention between the workers and us customers. The onegentleman asked me 2 or 3 times what I got on my sub at the end. I would understand if it was a busy day, but it wasn?t at all.We are very patient people, but this nearly put us over the edge due to these teenage boys inability to make a simple sandwichand wrap. Despite the communication being horrible, the subs were actually good. But this doesn?t make up for the brain cells welost during this interaction. We are unsure that we will come back to this Subway specifically, but until then we can only hopethat the service drastically improves from now until then. Read more

Whatever you do. DO NOT use the mobile app. They will mess something up 100% of the time. This is the 3rd time in a row that... they messed something up. The order strictly says Italian and this is the asiago bread, and they forgot the provolone on the subonly put the parmesan cheese on. Not only that but did somebody eat my veggies on the flatbread? It's the smallest amount ever.Never ever have been reimbursed for their mistakes and will never ever make a mobile order again. Read more

I'm not a Karen but I have beef with this subway. My friend and I did ghe mobile order for 2 footlongs. Ordered at 6:15 ready at... 6:40. We got there at 6:40 and there was 4 people inside ordering. We waited for 5 minutes and the lady said the order wasn'tready. She started making them and after they were toasted she left them on the counter for 10 minutes while making others. Theorder was done after 20 minutes of the specified time. He explained he was sorry for the wait and I said its ok I understand. Wewent to a park to eat and they put the sauce and veggies on the wrong subs. I called them and said the messed them up. The guysaid ok and didn't respond after that. I asked if I could come in and have them remake it. He said no because they're busy but Icould come in tomorrow. Couldn't I have just waited in line and had them remake it like I was any other customer? Its the secondtime my mobile order has been messed up. Last time they didnt toast or cut my sandwich and didn't put the right veggies on it.Other times they didn't make the subs until we got there instead of having it ready by the specified time. And they still messedthem up then too. I love subway but I've had a lot of problems. Read more
