It was a quick stop for lunch. I really did not like that they asked for a tip while you are ordering your food. You have no... clue whether the service is good or not. Food was fast and tasted ok. Read more
I like Fazoli's very much. It is one of the few sit down fast food restaurants that still has customer service. The bread sticks... are by far the best anywhere and they keep them coming and hot. They'll even grate fresh parmesan cheese right on your plate.Whenever I have the time to go in... We go in. Read more

This review is of the Fazoli's at: 47 Commodore Street, Hazard, KY 4170. Bad experience. Dirty restaurant ( I have photos to... share ) after orders were taken, food delivered to table, no salad dressing, breadsticks or cups. I went to the counter and theperson there had their back to towards me and was cutting up and using obscene language with the person in the back. I stoodthere hoping the person in the back would tell the person in front that I was there but no, I was interrupting their story. Ioverpowered her foul mouth and asked for cups. We ate our meals and departed. Never got bread, was out of tea, stickyfloor, nobody in dining area but many tables had trash on them, employees who clearly hated their job, trash cans overflowing, I could go on further, but how could you not know of this place? ((((Update 6/5/21)))))) Got a response from "Nicki" atFrazoli's requesting the photos I took. The message came from a "no reply" email and their site review does not have a methodof attaching files.
