Friendly employees. My cheeseburger was good but my milk shake was not very thick, it was more like drinking a thick yoohoo lol
Pulled up to the drive thru tonight and was told to wait a minute and we sat there 10 minutes and they never did take our order... and the place was absolutely dead. Read more
It was the Hazard, Ky location. They are currently experiencing issue of not being able to provide fountain drinks because of... the boil water mandate. According to the staff the mandate is supposed to last 6 months but food was same good quality. So ifyou're traveling through Eastern KY, please stop to give local restaurants and other businesses your business and support. Read more
They got the order wrong but the food we got was good.
The distinct flavor of Hardee's charbroiled burgers are classic. This particular location was a good experience. The young lady... who took our order was patient while we read the menu and was knowledgeable about the items offered. After ordering we found atable and she delivered. The order was missing an item (fries) when delivered and without hesitation she upgraded the size tocompensate. The food was freshly cooked and still hot. Tea was not watered down like so many other establishments telling me thetea was added to the ice in the cup instead of melting away in the dispenser. Dining area was clean with plenty ofseating. Above average fast food experience and worth a second trip. I can't speak for other locations but this one is aboveaverage. Read more
Service was excellent. No complaints there, at all. The food quality? I've never been to a modern Hardee's where I didn't have... to worry about the applied compliments or the juice of the burger from dropping out of the bottom of the paper wrapped aroundthe burger. I can't say that anymore. Dry burger, and the condiments were applied as if the burger assembler was being paid abonus by using the least amount of condiments per burger. I'll give them one more try, but just one. If not better, I'll go downthe street. Crossing my fingers. Read more
