I was traveling from area back to IL. Manager sent an employee out to tell me to stop eating & move my car from parking space.... Problem was I was resetting my GPS & checking my order for correctness. Guess what they gave me a running egg on my eggmcmuffin. I was about to come inside to get a new sandwich or refund. However when a manager tells you to get the hell out theway...you write a bad review to stay away from this location because there is no parking. Manager should worry about cookingfood & having correct order vs attacking a paying customer. Food was thrown out & had to drive for awhile to find somewhere toget breakfast in this rural area. Food is always great. Service was fast through the drive thru.
Their Coke, 9 out of 10 times, will taste like someone has poured fireball in your cup with the coke as well. I'm not sure why,... maybe the required daily cleaning of the soda machine isn't being done, idk. Also, the portion of gravy given with an order ofbiscuits and gravy is quite lacking every single time I order it. Other than that it is an ok place to eat. Read more
I went to get my boo buckets and they were extremely busy but the lady took her time and was very patient with my multiple... orders and when they had an issue with their system not recognizing the code they gave me the item for free. It was very cleanand even with several orders I got all my items the first time and they were all correctly prepared, even the customized items.This was at the Combs Road location in Hazard, KY. I went to McDonald's for breakfast and then for dinner and neither time was my order right I ordered two McChicken only cheese... and bacon they gave me to regular McChicken then when they fixed my order the bacon was so burnt you could not have been able toeat it overall they need better management because food is terrible Read more
