The McDonald's on the bypass in hazard is great but I wouldn't recommend the one on combs road to nobody. I wouldn't even take... my precious dogs to eat at the one on combs road. Poor service, rude staff especially the manager there that has the longblondish brown hair. That woman us the rudest & most unprofessional manager I've ever seen in my life. I went there a few yearsback & got accused of trying to get 2 big Mac sandwiches for free and I even showed the woman my bag & showed her my husband'swallet full of money & told her I have no reason to try to get food for free when I had clearly just paid for the 2 big Maccombos. Then a little while back I ordered some breakfast & of course the same old hag tried to rip me out of my orange juice. I might had to pay for 2 more big macs because of that cow 5 years ago but I be darn if I was going to let her do that again. McDonald's on combs road in hazard definitely needs a new manager because that woman is awful and I'm not the only person whohas had the same issues out of her. Walked in and nobody was up front. It was another lady trying to order and nobody came to take her order so she left. Stood in... dining room for 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order. So I just used the kiosk. Placed my order at 6:03. At 6:30 stillhadn't gotten my food and nobody had yet to acknowledge that I was even in the dining room. I stopped by to get my family a bite to eat on the way home and I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order. I ordered three... cheeseburgers bundles and I was expecting to get 6 cheeseburgers and 60 chicken nuggets plus three medium fries. All I got wasthree fries ???? and six cheeseburgers. The person I spoke to about the chicken nuggets said the sign was a lie that they didn'tsale the cheeseburgers bundles, but clearly it is on the menu. So I suggest you not ???? make a order for the cheeseburgersbundles, cause it a BIG FAT LIE!!! Read more
This place used to have decent food but ever since they got older middle aged people working there it has gotten desperately... bad! They were hair all over my fries???? the frappe used to not make me feel sick but now it does it makes me wanna throw ahammer at someone. The inside is not clean it never has been unless you're lucky. it's still better than the McDonald's oncombs road though. So if you're desperate for McDonald's come here instead of the one on combs road. Read more
