Messed our order up again!!! Every time we eat there it gets messed up!
The service has went down hill. Nothing like telling staff one moment while you decide what your going to eat....only for staff... to forget their microphone is on & you here them complaining that cars pulled up & they were wanting to take a cigarette break.The conversation went on for minutes & got mad that my husband still placed an order after staff complained about havingcustomers. I asked people at window if managers & everyone in drive thru heard them complaining. They just looked shocked & saidsorry. They never get your order correct or always forgetting something.
this taco bell makes me wanna punch my grandson! It's that bad! My ex husband of 10 Years told me to meet him there and he STOOD... me up! He said he found a better woman! I can't beileve this nonsense! Makes me have a tear to my eye, but the slushy makes mewanna kiss James maslow! Read more
Very fast drive through services.on top of that the food and drinks was good. They also have a happy hour on the drinks for a... v$1.00 which is sweet. Worth it for sure. Read more
Staff is disrespectful as all hell, my wife placed an order and they didn't even get close, she goes back around to get it fixed... and gets called a liar by the male manager. I was on the phone with her the entire time and they had even recited the order backto her correctly, so I got angry and ended up just making them take the food back and refund the money, this is only the 7thtime this has happened and it only seems to happen at the taco bell on the bypass in hazard. Very long lines, long wait times, and food wasn't great. I ordered spicy potatoe soft tacos, and they were all sauce and... lettuce. Only had literally 3 to 4 little potatoes in each taco. Also I've ordered beef chalupas here several times andeverytime they put chicken on them instead. Read more
