I ordered food at drive- thru. I got home and realized my order was missing some chicken. I called and YURI told me to bring... receipt back to receive a replacement meal. I went back the next day and YURI filled my order. She gave me chicken thatobviously had been sitting for a long while. It was hard and inedible. I will never visit this KFC again.
