I ordered food at drive- thru. I got home and realized my order was missing some chicken. I called and YURI told me to bring... receipt back to receive a replacement meal. I went back the next day and YURI filled my order. She gave me chicken thatobviously had been sitting for a long while. It was hard and inedible. I will never visit this KFC again. Went, lobby was closed due to "maintenance issue". Went through drive through,couldn't get what I want 12 piece with only 2... breast a the rest wings, they couldnt ," give me all of the wings" OK I ordered tenders meal. Get my order after waiting indrive thru for an eternity, pull off, they did not put my biscuits in bag. Had to go back around to drive through and waitanother 30 min to get biscuits that they forgot. The people are rude and impatient but, THAT'S better than the food! Ordered a 2pc meal for my grandson, "Original recipe" more... like Original Sin!! The skin was tough like shoe leather and once you've gotten past it, you're greeted by the driest, nastiestpiece meat....is it even chicken? I won't even get started on the corn but, I should have popped it. If you're going to servenasty food the people serving it should at least be pleasant. Won't be going back, EVER! Read more
***DO NOT GO HERE!!!*** This place needs to close. Black bones??? The chicken is from yesterday. If you hear, 'Original or... Crispy?' Just know the answer should be, 'Which one is fresh?'
