I love to support black owned business, but this place wasn?t worth the money. Nobody greets you when you come into place. The... owner had a bad attitude and talking to you like a child , everything I ask for she didn?t have and the other things didn?t lookfresh. This establishment has great food. However, the customer service is horrible. Your wait is always double what they tell you at... least; and your order is often incorrect. I do not eat tomatoes. Not only do I not eat them, I'm allergic to them. Once placedon my food, they can't just be removed. The residue causes the same reaction. I ALWAYS SAY NO TOMATOES!!!!! I order the shrimpand salmon salad when I go here. They always place tomatoes on it. I get home and call, NO ANSWER!!!! They have a good product. The service is lacking. Read more
First let me say. Thank you to the owner whom I called at the last minute for a catering order. She was very personable and... friendly. Now about the food. I ordered a large turkey tray and a jerk chicken wrap tray. EVERYTHING was delicious. The Jerkwraps had just the right amount of heat I loved it. Can't wait to go back. Their system was down and only one worker there. They don?t take cash nor did they take card?.seems like a manager should be... present or they should be closed if the system is the issue because in turn I received terrible service nor did I feelcomfortable using Zelle with an establishment. I also had to wait for the manager to answer and verify I zelled them even thoughthe cashier watched me do it?.Waited way too long for a simple wrap and it?s expensive so I feel like better protocols should beput in place.
