SPEECHLESS!!! Ordered mashed potatoes macaroni and cheese and red beans and rice with my family meal order? this is what I found... in my mashed potato! (Check the video) A trio of mashed potatoes, dirty rice, and macaroni! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I call thePopeyes number and quickly realize it?s a hotline number?. It was a Friday evening. Several people including myself was picking up dinner. For what ever the reasons were. The lobby was... closed. Drive thru only. The wait wasn't as bad as it appeared. Once I placed my order and paid. When the food was ready. Iguess trying to keep up with the customers, our food was placed in the bag However they could pack it. The box of chicken was onit's side. The mash potatoes were double stacked and laying on its side. Had to upright them and place them side by side in thebag. To prevent what could have become a mess. The box of biscuits were placed in the bag However they landed. The person whohanded me the bag was pleasant. Just wasn't happy with how I received my food. Read more
The food was good but the wait time and staff customer service and attitudes were horrible! The staff did not acknowledge... customers as they came in. The door. It took a very long time for staff to actually take the order. The staff?s communicationskills were horrible. Barely wanted to take the order and poor communication skills. It was just the worst service ever! Rudeand so much attitude for the young staff. They were laughing and talking among themselves instead of helping the lobby full ofcustomers and the cars in the drive through! They need more training on how to work with the customers! Read more
I bought a meal, comes with a drink. They gave me faucet water. Had to ask for an actual beverage. Got mashed potatoes with no... spoon. No napkins. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with easy sauce. It was so easy that I got a regular chicken sandwichwith extra mayo. Food wasn't good AT ALL! Read more
This place was horrible. I spent 50 bucks n 40 mins in the line and they gave me the wrong order then had the nerve to lock the... doors at 3pm because they were messing up everyone's order. Thankfully the Manager/supervisor was working up front and I wasable to get my correct order however there was barely any chicken it was mostly seasoned fried dough. Will not return. Read more

Tried to use 2 can dine, told they didn't honor coupon (yet menu displayed said offer). Wait time was horrendous, but no place... to exit due to chaos at drive thru window & preordered via app. Had to go inside to get order, still wasn't ready & drinksordered weren't sold at location. Staff very unprofessional, nearly a fight broke out in drive thru window because ofinexperienced workers taking orders, cooking chicken and no one to bag orders up. Wish I could rate 0 stars!
