I went to Abby's Roast Beef in Hazel Green on 11-1-22. I order 2 Steak burgers . The cashiers said that they did not have any... bacon for the burger. Did I still wanted the burger. I ask the cashier nicely if he is giving a discount since they are out ofbacon. He said the register want let them give discount. So I asked nicely can I get a fry are something . Arbys in Hazel Green is pitiful. They need to shut down if they are going to have service the way they do! Whoever owns this... chain really needs to check on their store. I?ve never had a good experience and I always try to wait a few months before I goor don?t go at all. Unfortunately I decided to give them another chance tonight. I went around 5:30pm. The card machine was downso I could only use cash. That was no problem. I asked for fresh fries and was given a half empty cold fry. I asked again nicelycould I have fresh fries I guess they thought I was slow because they must?ve warmed them up in the microwave and kept the oldones at the the bottom. I don?t know service was horrible and the manager or whoever was there excuse was ?it?s fast food?. Iwas the only customer. Sad I will just travel to Huntsville and I suggest if you want good quality food you do the same! Read more

So I went to lunch at 11:10 on Wednesday October 26th. I sat at the speaker 5 minutes waiting on someone and at the window for 5... minutes. All I wanted was my free fries and cheese that I donated $1 for in the previous week. She came to window asked what Ineed I told her I just wanted this and handed her my coupon. Arby's I've got a beef. I would be concerned If I owned the Hazel Green store (in a chain known for selling roast beef... sandwiches, with a slogan like, "We've got the meat") if my customers were being told "we are out of roast beef because SOMEONEdidn't do their job." It happened October 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm, a college football Saturday night. Other market fresh selectionswere also unavailable because your store was out of other meats too. As I ordered, the driver of a pick-up truck which had beenwaiting in the (lengthy) drive-thru line showed his displeasure by stopping to lay on his horn beside a car waiting at thewindow in frustration. In addition, the floor inside near the drink station was a sticky mess. The condiment counter space wassloppy with dried on goo and soda as well. Another customer was told it would be at least 10 minutes before his order would evenbe ready. So much for "fast food." On a seperate visit, the $9.00 I spent on a brisket was wasted money. There was way more bunthan brisket. It certainly didn't look anything like the brisket sandwich exploding with meat on the signboard. Went there for lunch today and should've left. All the tables were dirty, the floor was a slippery and sticky mess! There was... only one person in front of us and still took forever to get our food. Employees were eating while bagging. Some of them evenhad earbuds in listening to music. I'm assuming the older lady was the manager and instead of standing by the front door smokingher cigarette, she should've have been inside having them clean the place. Read more

I just wanted to come on here and commend the manager that was there tonight. I didn?t get her name. There was an order handed... out wrong and an upset Karen and when the manager brought the corrected order to her the woman was just rude and vile to her.She offered her free meals and a refund and tried to make the customer happy and this woman was just rude and after the managertold her to have a good day and walked away the Karen yelled nice attitude. I seen her doing something on her phone so probablyputting in a complaint On lies. People like her is why the food industry is struggling today. I own a restaurant in the area andbest believe if I ever decide to hire help I?ll be coming here to recruit that manager for her professionalism and her quicknessis trying to get things fixed for the customer! This was the worst experience at an Arby's I've ever had. They were out of several items that they told me about, so I ordered... around those. I asked to make sure the crinkle fries were fresh since they were out of Arby's fries. They made up the fries andleft them under the heat while one person made the 8 sandwiches and 4 sliders I ordered. They told me the fries were fine afterI asked about them just sitting there. They put all sandwiches in one bag along with 2 sliders. They told me my other 2 sliderswere on the bottom. They weren't. I went back in to ask for the two sliders. The worker indicated that I was lying about mymissing sliders. When I got home, my sandwiches were basically quickly wadded up. My beef n cheddars were made with the wrongbuns (they did not indicate they were out of them), and they didn't have the sauce on the bottom. They put cheddar on them eventhough I asked to not have it. I mainly want the onion bun and the sauce. Didn't get either. The food was made withcarelessness. Read more

My son likes the sliders. Roast beef. The Orange shake with whip cream is soo tasty..yummy..
