I was out in about and thought I should get something for dinner so I stopped at the local BK in Hazelgreen. I pulled up to the... speaker box and a voice came through. Welcome to BK, whatcha want?? I replied a number larger number one and an order of unionring as well. Do you want to replace the fies with that onion ring order sir??? Rudely!!!! I replied no mam, it?s extra. Theperson behind the box, pulled up to get your order. I pulled up and totally forgot on my part what drink I wanted, but I waskind of upset with service already, so at this point I didn?t even care what happened next. The person at the window was not thesame one that took my order. I asked if he knew who had taken my order and I mentioned it was a she. By that time a teenage girlcame over with a bag and gave me a bad looked and rolled her eyes at me, then when I mentioned I wasn?t asked what I wanted todrink. I asked what did it say on the receipt. Dr Pepper. He replied. I really wanted coke and he offered me to get coke but Iwas too upset by how rude that girl was and obviously she could care less about her job. This location has been an eye sore for years in our beloved town of Hazel Green. The quality of food has been terrible. The... lobby is hardly ever open and when it is, it is disgusting. I tried to order but the menu was broken. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVETHE AMERICAN FLAG FLYING. As a veteran, this is extremely offensive and I haven't been back since. Yesterday around 5:30pm, I entered the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes behind another vehicle. We were the only two vehicles in... the dive-thru at that time. When I finally got up to order, I was not greeted by a Burger King employee and had to wait anadditional 10 minutes. In this amount of time another vehicle had joined the line behind me and left, presumably because of thewait. Another customer was now waiting at the other speaker and we started conversing about our frustrations with the wait time.I told her the reason we are waiting so long is that, in my experience, the employees purposely serve customers one full orderat a time so that they appear to be completing each order quickly in the drive-thru according to the branch performancedata. Immediately after I said this, an employee snapped through the speaker "The lobby is full!" as her reason for causing a 20minute wait to order and for not even greeting customers arriving in the drive-thru. She still did not take my order orapologize for my wait, so I drove back around and parked. I walked into the lobby only to see one customer receiving his food atthe counter and another eating his food at a table. The lobby was not in fact "full" as the employee had untruthfullystated. This is not the first time I have experienced this length wait-time at a Burger King drive-thru. I have also satthrough long wait times at this particular location many times, with very few cars. This habitual slow service is not because ofa busy restaurant. I will not accept being lied to on top of poor service. I will not be returning to this location, and it willprobably be a while before I go to any Burger King. Read more
Fries a bit warm but my burger was stonecold. It's very gross tasting like that so I threw it away. No point going back to a... place I waited 15 minutes to order when I was the only person in like with 4 cars in the lot, probably employees. I've defendedthis place so much. You're short staffed I get it. I have no problem waiting I just wished my food was warm when it was served. Read more
This place has gave bk a bad name! The owners must not care at all!! We got in drive thru at 615 with 3 cars ahead of us we left... with order at 659 tonight! This place needs corporate to come in and pad lock the doors! I worked at bk when I was 18. And im 42now and i could still by myself move 4 cars out of the drive thru in less than 15 mins# Shut it down please! Read more
Between 6-7 pm. I ordered a whopper sandwich and two $2 8-pc nuggets. The long brown haired lady told me it was $13.41; then at... the wind she said it was $17.?? I asked for the receipt and she said she couldn?t give it to me. I wanted to know why thedifference in money. She did not explain and said no one got a receipt. Bad business. Read more
Let me begin by saying the young lady who took my money and handed me my "food" was so sweet..now that being said the lady who... "took" my order is frightening. After I literally melted in my car before my order was taken I let the sargent know I had acoupon for a whop, and before I could get the word whopper out of my mouth she barked so loudly, something I couldn'tunderstand, I physically jumped in my seat..it scared me to pieces. I was so startled I had to say pardon me. And she againbarked, "I need the coupon number!!!"?????????????????????what...what???coupon number...I didn't have my reader glasses with meas I wasn't aware it was necessary to give a dagum coupon code????..again still shell-shocked at being barked at, I forgot totell her no mayonnaise, please...I thought about it half way home digging in the bag for my "large " fries...large my fanny. Andeven though half of them didn't make it in the fries carton, they were only partially cooked????...wobbly undercookedfries..gross. When I arrived home, I was terrified to unwrap my "burger"...I hate warm mayonnaise. Oh my heavens...it lookedlike hogs had chewed up all the toppings and mayonnaise and spat them onto the hamburger patty and another hog squashed itbefore it was wrapped and thrown into the bag. So upon arriving home and before looking at my "burger" I called theestablishment and asked to speak with the manager...and the barker said it was she...telling her about her scaring me to piecesand forgetting to tell her how I liked my burger, she snarkily said I could bring it back and she'd be "happy" to make meanother one. I told her it wouldn't be necessary because I would never consider this establishment again. Terrible...it won'tlet you give it zero stars out of five...but I'm saying ZERO STARS. Disgusting food. The people at the window are straight creepy. The worst drive through experience I have ever been through. The people are always... asking weird questions and I don't like the awkward conversations when I'm trying to get my food not make creepy small talk. Read more
