Accidently ordered to the wrong/ closest location, at the time, (Winchester Rd) in app, originally meant to send to Hazel... Green location for pick up on my way home. Didn't realize my mistake until I arrive to HG location. I immediately phoned theWinchester rd store and attempted to explain my mix up and the general manager, John, politely explained it's a rather commonoccurrence and to have the manager on duty call him and he would get them to prepare my order to get this straightened out.Walked in HG and spoke with the manager, Cydney, who then called to verify the order at the other store. Great hot fresh Big Zax Snax was hot, and delicious. I been boycotting Hazel green Zaxby's bc they had there employees outside... all summer in heat working drive thru. Standing under flimsy tarp as shade. I definitely was disgusted Zaxby's didn't thinkmore of the employees than that. Today it was raining and no one was stuck out in it so we had lunch there. Stopped in twice over the last few days and its obvious they need to train the people better and listen when they?re taking... orders. My wife has celiac disease so she can?t eat gluten (bread). She ordered a salad both times and just asked for the breadon the side, so I could have it. The first time the girl yelled back multiple times to make sure that was on the side after shetook the order. Seemed a little over the top but it worked. The second time the girl didn?t do that so the salad came out withbread. They had to remake the salad because she?s so sensitive just the crumbs can make her sick. They remade the salad but itjust wasted time. They put the wrong cookie in the bag the first time we were there so my daughter was a bit disappoint to nothave the double chocolate chip cookie when we got home. Both times it seemed like almost all of the employees were a bit lostand needed a lot of coaching from some of the others and we had to repeat our order multiple times. When we?re in the areawe?ll stick to other locations and avoid this one probably. Read more
