First time going back since before covid. Food is good, but management is terrible. They way over charged me. I called... inquiring about it, as I thought about it in retrospect and kept going over the numbers in my head, and they weren't adding up.They wouldn't even offer an apology, let alone perhaps an appetizer to get me to come back. It's a sad shame. I told thewaitress to look for another job, I don't imagine they are treated well with management like that. Sad that I don't care to goback. We lost so many good restaurants from covid. But this is just poor customer service. Read more

My mother got ribs from this Coney Island that was pretty much just bone with sauce on it. Definitely overcooked. My sister had... a center cut pork chop that was so thin it should have been called a pork chip. And it basically was just seasoned and friedwith no breading. This is an experience you do not want to have. They should probably close down. And they probably will if theykeep trying to shortcut. And far too overpriced especially for what they served. They even messed up chili cheese fries. Thechili taste like it came straight from a can with zero seasoning. Too bad zero stars is not an option. Read more
I order from here often and the lady that answers the phone is RUDE. No matter what the problem is she acts as if I'm bothering... her by explaining it to her then she gets loud and hang up to get her point across. My last few orders have been horrible burnt,raw, greasy and over ripe fruit and let's not start about the lack of condiments. Then they have the nerve to up the price ofthe delivery fee. Read more
