Do not go here. Found a hair in my food. Almost everyone here has a massive beard. If the manager thinks it's okay to have hair... like that in a sub shop I will gladly take my money elsewhere. My bread was also burnt. The employees are rude. They don't sayanything but "what you want?". This location has been a dumpster fire for awhile now and that was the last straw. Disgusting allaround. After one hour of wait, I called the store to ask where the delivery was. The person on the other end said "yeah it's here, it's... will be leaving in a few minutes" I'm like how long? He says " in a few, and there is deliveries in front" His attitude was verypoor, and rude. I said there is nothing freaky fast about this, he reply was oh well. What a joke this place is, I paid with mycard online, so I'm sure it will be a treat getting a refund as well. Read more

Asked for no mayo, got extra mayo. Called and spoke with a manager, he told me he can't refund my credit card. I thought that... was something a business who takes plastic is able to do. If I'm mistaken, I apologize. I definitely didn't feel the manager wasadvocating for making the situation right. I feel like I've been robbed of $18. UPDATE: JJ Corp. Emailed me with genericcomplaint form. I filled it out and they sent me a $10 Jimmy johns gift card for the $18 loss. So robbing me of $8 is okay tothem, but $18 is going too far in their eyes? I'm completely done with this cracker jack box of a franchise. The gift card camein a mailed envelope with nothing else in it. Not a letter about the inconvenience, not anything. I'll be an advocate againstthem for the rest of my days so less people will be robbed by their carefree business practices. Read more
