I will never visit nor spend a penny at this location ever. I was treated with the most disrespectful employees you could ever... imagine. The manager needs to be fired immediately. I waited in a drive thru line for nearly 20mins. I got to the speaker andordered 2 regular plain glazed donuts. The young lady asked did I want them regular or honey dip? I said plain regular. She saysnothing. I pull up. I pulled up to the window 5mins later. The gentleman asks did you have 2 coffees? I go no. I ordered 2regular plain glazed donuts. He says no one put it in did you still want the order? I go yes, I waited in line almost 30mins. Hegoes and bags it up. Th le employees are all talking amongst themselves in another language. I then hear someone say I asked herif she wanted honey dip. I go I said No I wanted just plain regular donuts. A big lady I am assuming the manager comes to thewindow pushes the young fellow, snatches the bag from him and proceeds to close the window in my face stating have a good day.If it weren't for anyone buying donuts she wouldn't even have a Job. I wouldn't recommend this lousy location to anyoneespecially if your just trying to go about your day without having someone causing more of a disruption because there obviouslyupset and brought there problems to work. I love Tim Hortons, however my visit to this one was... frustrating. I ordered a coffee at the drive thru. When I went to pay I... had my rewards scanned. The price of the coffee was reduced to 1.05. I had already handed the cashier $3.00. She did not noticethat the amount had changed and gave me back the change from the original price. I pointed out the difference and handed thereceipt and change back to receive the adjusted difference. She did not understand the situation. She asked the manager. He didnot understand the situation. Asking me what I wanted. Again, I explained. The manager started getting an attitude about thesituation, saying something to the effect about this being stupid. Finally,I said that I was owed $1.95. You would think that running a donut promotion would mean the freshest donuts around but at the Hazel Park Tim Hortons you will... be sadly mistaken. The donuts I received were both cold - obviously from refrigeration. From the texture I would say they wereat least 2 days old. Bottom line . . . disgusting. Read more

One of the worst Tim Hortons I have experience, and I've been a guest/customer since my freshman year @ Wayne State University .... They have incredibly rude staff members whom are very disrespecting, incompetent, and lack the professional ethics needed to runan establishment..The cashier who took my order messed sabotaged my entire order and had the audacity to be emotionally affectedbehind it as if i entered the transaction personally, the male manager was just as rude and incompetent as well....maybe its alanguage barrier ... idk but the staff is very rude....also before i entered the store an employee was outside smoking acigarette ( I should have known then) I even went as far as calling CORPORATE !!!
