Who ever worked at 9:40 pm on 9/23/22 deserve a raise and promotion. This location is notorious for not taking orders past like... 8 or 9. DISGUSTING, & DESSERTED. From out of state. Never ate at a Jack n Box. Thought we would try something different... And boy was... that a mistake... It was approximately 4:30pm and we thought it was closed. 1st impression was abandoned. Grass tall. Novehicles except for 1 that was backed in by the dumpsters. Went through the drive thru and the young lady came over the intercomand talked so fast we couldn't her. We kept repeating what we wanted and then lost communication. So we pulled forward andthat's where we meet the voice behind the intercom LAROYA..BOY that young lady needs training. She totally had our order allmessed up. She was very RUDE. HATEFUL, CONDENSENDING, She had NO right dealing with the public. No manner and definitely notfriendly.. Finally got our order. No one was in line behind us. She said " Drive over there by those double glass doors) Noplease. No thank you, Nothing. So we did. Order was brought out and again No thank. No customer service whatsoever. That ladymust have been the manager and she was no better. We pulled around to the parking alot to eat. Took several bites on mycheeseburger and the most disgusting fast food I'd ever eaten. Out of nowhere this young white male came out of a employeeentrance door. Wearing shower shoes lighting a blunt (marijuana stick) pictures will be attached.. How do we no it wasmarijuana? Because it smelt horrible we no the smell of Mary Jane..We began taking pictures and reading reviews. And spit ourfood out because every review my husband and made similar comments thinking they spit in our food. It gagged us. Then out ofnowhere the same young appeared with another young man. That made a drug deal right in front of us. And shared what was left ofthe blunt. They noticed us. And went and hide in the dumpster area. The worst case of cross contamination I have ever seen. Handle money and then food with no gloves. I saw cheese touching his... shirt ( that was not a inform ) before he put it on a taco. Fries cold. No one had a proper clothes on. I?m calling the healthdepartment on them now. Read more
Edit: I tried to give it another chance so I went through the drive-thru on 8/6 around 12:30pm. There were 2 cars at the window... and one truck in front of me. She took the trucks order and when I pulled up to order she told me and the truck behind me theywere "not taking any orders right now". Not worth the trip. Cashier asked which type of burger I wanted twice and still gave methe wrong sandwich. The burger was hot, fries were not fresh. Read more
