Clearly the best of the sandwich franchises. And yes, they are freaky fast. Try the #8, very good.

The quality of food was great! Staff was friendly too. I tried the new Zesty Turkey sandwich and I'll definitely be back for it... again. I've only been to Jimmy John's twice in my life and after the last visit, I'll be coming here more often! Read more

So my sandwich was made very quickly, but I wasn't as impressed with the quality. This probably sounds like a lame critique, but... all the topings weren't well situated on the sandwich. Most irritatingly, I asked for cucumbers instead of tomatoes, which wasreflected on the attached receipt, but not my actual toppings. I'd have asked for another one or someone if I weren't in a rush. 5 stars for a healthy sandwich although I should have asked for some ranch or Dijon mustard....I ordered a Beach Sub, I think... that's what it was called, Turkey & Swiss w/avacado spread, lettuce, tomato & cucumber, it was good, next time I know to ordersome type of condiments to go with it Read more

Unless they change their management, I definitely won?t be ordering from this location again. Not sure if it?s under different... management than before or what, but the service I received today is absolutely NOT the good service I?ve come to expect fromthis location. Placed an order for delivery via app, and absolutely made sure to NOT select ?leave at door? I never select thatoption from anywhere! And even if I did, it?s still courtesy to KNOCK FOR NOTIFICATION. I called the store back, wondering whathappened with my delivery, because I still hadn?t received it. While on the phone, the so called manager mentioned that maybe itwas left at my door, so I checked. The order had been sitting outside for AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR and could have very easily beentampered with, because their delivery person doesn?t bother with notifying customers!!! I understand not wanting to interact dueto the pandemic, BUT ITS STILL NECESSARY TO GIVE CUSTOMERS A NOTICE!!!! A call, a knock, a text, SOMETHING!!! And the managerdidn?t even care! I asked for a replacement and he begrudgingly agreed to a redelivery, but ONLY provided a replacementsandwich, and NOT the drink, which I also specifically asked for because that was wrong as well!!! Just for the service alone,full refund please, I want nothing at all from there now and am completely done with this location. Btw, just because you hearfrustration in a customers voice, that does not mean they?re yelling at you. Learn the difference and provide better customerservice. Read more
