Really? The manager said I could not get a refund at the window after they messed up my order. They had just tooken my money, I... looked at my food and it was wrong so the receipt was sitting in my hand literally and he told me I had to call the number onthe back of the receipt to get a refund. That's the craziest thing I've ever heard of. I will not be coming back for suchinconvenience. Read more

Food was great. Speed of service wasn't terrible to get food. They were very pushy to package to go and bag up, even though we... insisted we were eating in. Had to wait extended time to receive condiments and plastic ware. Would have rated higher ifcustomer service was a little better Read more

I ordered teriyaki chicken and asked that the sauce be added on the chicken. I get home and the chicken is dry. I call the store... and ask for the manager, the person on the phone (Stephanie) identifies themself as such. I explain and she replies ?there?snothing I can do over some sauce.? Then goes in to say I can drive back up for some. Given how far I live and how long I waitedin the drive thru my food would be cold by the time I get home and gas ain?t cheap!!! And IF I chose to come back you should atminimum replace my meal so my food would t be cold, which she stated she wouldn?t do. This attitude is absolutely unacceptable!! Read more

Horrible customer service. Placed an online order last Wed 7/20. Got to the location 10 min later and they're closed early due... to the water being shut off. I so why are you still accepting orders? Then I'm yelled at that they're closed from behind thecounter. Then someone finally comes to the door after me having to ask several times because I've already paid and now you'reclosed. Then I'm informed they have no control over giving me my money back I have to call corporate. Then I ask for themanager, I'm told she's on vacation. Then I call corporate no apology, representative is dry. No better than the girls atthe restaurant. I'm told it'll be 3 to 5 business days. So today I still don't have my money back. I call again. This personsays it wasn't processed up to the group who handles that. Places me on hold does that, then said again it'll be 3 to 5business days. I ask do they offer anything to your customers who have been inconvenienced and received poor service andmention I have yet to even get an apology. Then she says we just give you your money. So I ask there's no coupon, entree, oranything you can offer? Then she offers the free entree and says sorry. This is the worst customer service I've had in awhile. I'm glad I don't frequent Panda Express. Read more

I have to say I came here in accident! I ordered Doordash as a pick up and didn't realize it was for this location. I went to... the one closest to my house and they explained I was at the wrong location. I waa furious..but it was my fault. So I get to thislocation and they were friendly and the food selection looked and smelled better than the one I had left. So this turned out tobe a good mistake! Even when I got home the family said wow they must be under new management or something. I told them it was adifferent location. Good job! Read more

They weren't very crowded however the slow service in the dining room made it seem as if they were. The food was hot and fresh.... The employees were friendly. This location has a drive-thru! Read more

I ordered honey walnut shrimp and green bean chicken. OMG ???? ????! The breading on the shrimp Was mushy and doughy. They... mixed old extremely dark green beans with fresh ones. The chicken and green beans were really salty. This is why I usually don'tlike ordering food through the drive thru. Because they give the old food to the customers who are driving off and don't havetime to check their food. I ended up throwing away my meal. Word from the wise, "if you go through the drive thru, check yourfood before you leave!" Read more
