I?m not sure what the breakdown is at this store but I?m concerned. Twice in one week, I?ve placed an order from the app and the... order was accepted. The first time, I was told that their nitro machine was broken. I only drink one thing at Starbucks so I gota refund. Instead of a refund I was charged for an iced coffee (I don?t enjoy the way ice dilutes the drink). I went back againa few days later and had no problem getting refunded for both drinks. The young lady even pointed at a UPS box explaining thatthe broken part for the nitro machine was just delivered so the machine should be up soon. That was 3 days ago. I placed anorder again today, the app accepted it and charged me. Upon arrival I was told that they were ?out of vanilla and nitro?. I hadto wait a few minutes for the refund yet again. I?d like for the area manager or whoever is responsible for the store to simplycheck in and inquire about what kind of support that these valuable employees need. Where is the LEADERSHIP? Because a leader isalso someone willing to be one of the worker bees and do the thing that needs to be done: put on an apron and demonstrate thatyou are willing to show up and integrate what you train others to do. This used to be my go to location however the past few months staffing has changed and customer service has gone downhill. When... asking a simple follow up question about your food/drink you're given a look like "why are you asking" and it's sadly not anenjoyable experience with them anymore. Read more
