The manager, Melanie, was rude and had an attitude. Had to ask for a refund on something they were out of after she tried to get... us to get something cheaper than we ordered and didn't even offer the refund. The counter person was just as bad. Our order wassitting on counter and he just pointed to it and said that's your food there and we had to ask for the cup that went with themeal because they never gave it to us. None of the employees were friendly at all. Will not be back. If you are in Hazelhurst,avoid this McDonald's. The manager needs to be fired. Read more
We always stop here when traveling. Restrooms are clean and the cashier was friendly even when my son asked for a LeBron James... kid meal toy???????????? He kindly informed they did not have them. Read more
So.. I said I wouldn't go back to this store but I have and it seems things are getting better. The staff on the morning shift... are awesome, very kind and friendly they get my order right everytime and all the food is fresh and well made. I do hope thenight shift has improved. It takes all shifts efforts to make a restaurant function well. Thank you for being so bright in themornings it's nice to see smiling faces. ?? Read more
