The manager, Melanie, was rude and had an attitude. Had to ask for a refund on something they were out of after she tried to get... us to get something cheaper than we ordered and didn't even offer the refund. The counter person was just as bad. Our order wassitting on counter and he just pointed to it and said that's your food there and we had to ask for the cup that went with themeal because they never gave it to us. None of the employees were friendly at all. Will not be back. If you are in Hazelhurst,avoid this McDonald's. The manager needs to be fired. Read more

So.. I said I wouldn't go back to this store but I have and it seems things are getting better. The staff on the morning shift... are awesome, very kind and friendly they get my order right everytime and all the food is fresh and well made. I do hope thenight shift has improved. Came up here for fries. Just fries. Literally they forgot i was in the drive thru. Paid at 8:10 pm, at 8:25 someone walks by... and asks what I?m waiting on and tells me he?ll take care of it. I finally backed up at 8:30 to see what is going on. 20minutes lost in the drive thru. And all while 3 employees stand outside the door talking. Lady at drive thru looks stunned. Iask what?s going on with my order and she looks back and yells you didn?t get him his fries? Can i get you an apple pie? Howabout a refund? She yells to the manager that I want a refund. He apologized and said i was cleared off his screen. Of course,they have to have fast times recorded for corporate. He needs my card and he?ll get me a refund and fries. Got my order all wrong. I also ordered a sweet Tea and a cold coffee. The lady took off my sweet Tea and coffee. I asked about... them both and they said I didn't order the sweet Tea and they couldn't make the coffee because they had no ice. Read more
