The women that are working there are possibly the stupidest and laziest I've ever seen. We asked for a hot black coffee, and an... iced coffee, just plain coffee. They first gave me someone's tea, then yelled at me to give it back. Then after muchinstruction, they presented the pain black iced coffee in the wrong size, and the hot black coffee with ice cubes in it!! Likewhat in the world? We threw the hot coffee with ice cubes away and got an actual normal coffee someplace else. That place iscraziness!! Read more

McDonald's in Hazlehurst has lousy customer service. I wanted to place my order, nobody said may I help you? But this lady was... hanging out the cashiers window. So I pull up and place my order, she acts as if she gets an attitude and runs off with outsaying a word. She had on no head piece. Come to find out she was just standing there until whoever was suppose to be workingthat window got back, so I think that lady was suppose to be preparing the food. Here comes the lady with the head piece onwith attitude, no, may I help you ma'am. She completes the order and walks back to the front where they were handing out thefood. I haven't a problem with the kiosk, but not all folks can figure it out. I watched several customers in a row, probably 10+,... leave the store upset because they were told Kiosk only. Now I have to ask, what did these customers do wrong to be fired fromthat location. Read more

We have come through with our college softball team multiple times early in morning and called ahead. Many places it is a hassle... to order a large quantity, pay when you get there, and get taxes exempt. They have been excellent about getting the ordercorrect, being timely, adding all the extras, and having excellent customer service. Kindness makes a difference! We appreciatey?all! Read more
