Supposedly the credit-card machine wasn't working, so they were only taking cash...and b/c credit card machine wasn't working,... they could only do one order at a time????????...sounded strange to me...I remember back in the day...I knew people in fastfoods who purposely would mess up the credit card reader to pocket the cash at drive thrus (and retail stores)...this wholesituation at this Burger King brought me back to those days; otherwise, the fries were actually good (hot, tasted like they wasjust dropped) ...and the Whopper Jr. too (juicy the way you'd expect). I don't know what happened at this location but it's absolutely terrible. 1st off I ordered an 8 piece nugget with my meal and... they gave me the dipping sauce but no 8 piece nugget! Then if you call to tell them all you get is a busy signal and cannot getthrough. And The Onion rings were hard like as a rock.The milkshake machine was down also and they haven't received the partfor the slushy machine in months. You can't even pay with a credit card because their credit card machine wasn't workingeither, like seriously what is going on at this location. Just absolutely terrible! Read more

This Burger King NEVERRRRRR has onion rings ever!! The last 4 times I?ve ordered from them they?re always out of onion rings. I... haven?t had onion rings from this Burger King in I can?t remember how long. Whoever runs this Burger King needs 2 be fired bcuzthey obviously have no clue about how much food needs 2 b stocked in order 4 this type of problem not 2 persist. Funny how theyput all this money into redoing the outside of the store yet they can?t even keep stock of all the items they offer on theirmenu! I could see this happening maybe once in a while but I am not exaggerating when I tell you that the last four times I?veordered from THIS Burger King in Hazlet on rt. 35 south in the last year, they?re always out of onion rings!!! And the lasttime I ordered from them off Uber eats, My drinks didn?t come in a sealed bag which when you order Uber eats everything?s in asealed bag but they just came in the carrying thing which I thought that was strange considering the Uber driver Could?ve doneanything to them if he wanted 2. 1 last thing, I?m actually trying to order Burger King off Uber eats today & I wanted to callahead to make sure they have onion rings because like I said they never do & The phone has been busy for the last 10 minuteslike they took the phone off the hook. Customer service is horrible here. Everytime I go here everyone has an attitude right from the start for no reason. This time... around I had a coupon and they would not accept it claiming some kind of code was missing from it, even though I had the papercoupon in my hands to show them. I had asked them if there was any way to resolve the issue or have a manager come over to takea look and all I got was a flat no. So no manager works there?? Absolutely ridiculous.
