Definitely has gone downhill. The staff is a bunch of punk kids there. All rude, can't get an order right, and they just don't... seem to care. It's a pain parking, but I'll use the DD in Aberdeen Shoprite now. The gentleman there is very kind, and my orderis always correct. Read more

This Dunkin has gone down hill since Ida and Anthony left management. That means ever since covid this place can?t seem to get... its self organised and all around together. They always seem to run out of straws or flavours , Cups, food, etc. I mean It?s seems like everyday or ever other day they don?t have enough. I go to Matawan Dunkin and it?s 24 hours, and I have never hadthis problem. Not too mention they are taking advantage of the economy and increased the price of coffee twice in 1 month. Theyare the most expensive in the area!! I mean at 4 dollars for a large ice coffee I might as well go to Starbucks because quality is now even lacking here!!! Also, it took 3 employees to get me a coffee for over 15 minutes. The only good employee there isDawn!! Shout out to her hard work! Everyone else seems to go slower than sloths and have no work ethic! Dawn should be themanager, whatever your paying her it?s not enough for her hard work! Slow, incompetent and disgusting. Waited 10 minutes for a bagel NOT toasted with cream cheese. Sandwich station absolutely... disgusting. No cutting board. Made my bagel on bare metal that was filthy. Made mention to the manager but she didn't seem tocare. Workers have no pride in their store Read more

Friendly, fast, and accurate service!
Like any Dunkin' the coffee is ok and the donuts usually feel like day olds.
