Very disappointed had been going there for awhile and manager had rudely made fun of me because i got upset because the hot... water machine keeps breaking down not my falt so frustrating having to get into work on time and keep going to another store. Somanagers reaction was to show off in front of another customer making fun of me leaving for work getting upset again because ofmachine breaking down again instead of asking whats wrong. Everytime I come here at Night I order a sub and I always come in nice asking how the employee Karen is doing since she?s always... behind making the food orders, and everytime she rudely looks yells at makes remarks under her breath at me. 2:15 November 19th2022. This is the 3rd time I?ve came in and she just rudely yells at me for asking if my orders done, I have no idea if it is ornot so I just ask. what is wrong with asking?
