I stopped going to this particular Burger King location years ago and when I went today ith my father I was reminded why. My... father loves whoppers, I'm not sure why when Wendy's is so much better! Anyway. For starters the girl behind the counter said"How can I help you?" Then immediately answered the phone and started helping them, while we're standing there waiting. Finallywe ordered. Then we got his food in a bag, I told her we wanted to eat there. She said "Sorry, we're not allowing anyone todine in" i asked why, she said because we're cleaning. I asked why are you cleaning at 6pm when you close at 9pm? Didnt get ananswer. in the meantime there was a woman sitting down and eating. Needless to say I was PO'ed. My Dad was essentially pullingme out of there because I was about to flip. Then the woman working tells the woman sitting that she has to leave, Noone isallowed to dine in. Ordered with doordash for the first time. Messed up my order completely. I order a Bacon king, a whopper meal with a large diet... coke. What I got was a chicken sandwich with cheese, a medium sprite with a whopper. I didn't even get my fries. Its not thefirst that this location has failed me. The employees working their just don't care. So I will not be going to this Burger King. I WILL BE GOING TO HUMBOLDT BURGER KING. Read more
Really rough shape!! ???? Needs some major TLC While it looks to have been relatively recently updated, every aspect is worse... for the wear. For example, bathroom is updated and spacious, love the hand dryers. And accessible... But there were flies. Theseating is an updated style, but chipped. There's a large play space, but all the glass windows were streaky and lookeddirty. I will say, the fries were amazing and my Impossible Whopper was tasty. (But you can't help but wonder aboutcleanliness, given the suroundings.) ???? Customer service was dismal (but who would be cheery in this environment?)! And anelderly woman had to ask folks to open the doors for her. (Why have an ? accessible bathroom, if folks can't even get in & outof the restaurant.) There were a lot of folks, seem like locals...I wish this place was well cared for... Could be enjoyable. Read more
Sorry to say not that good of service.. food is usually cold for some odd reason and looks as if it was sat on!?. The drivethru... looks likes it been thru hell and back ..smh ... That should be the first thing pleasing to the eye when placing your order. Read more
If I could give 0 stars that's what it would get. Poor attitude from the manager who has been there for a while. Good was... cold. Didn't even get acknowledged and sat next in line while everyone just sat around. Would definitly recommend NOT going tothis establishment. They don't wash their hands. Make food after smoking. The dine in area was dirty along with the high chairs.The entire experience was absolutely terrible and I would rather drive out of town to another bk then spend a single dime here.They charge u for cheese and condiments but they don't give them to you.
