We showed up on a Sunday at about 11:30 am, we were about the only ones there, the restauraunt began to get very busy shortly... afterwards, therefor, the service was quite fast for us. We orderd a bowl with the pork and other toppings, and their guac,which we had put on top. The dining area was clean as were the restrooms. Typical fare for this type of place. Being early, itwas fresh and hot, however, the guacomole was very chunky. By very, I mean VERY. I've included a photo of chunks of hard, firmavacodo the size of a large tablespoon, and there were many. It was actually hard and not quite ripe. We just set those to theside. The staff were constantly loud and playing around as to carry into the lobby since it's an open kitchen design. All inall, not too bad, not very great. Typical fast food atmosphere. Read more
My daughter and I couldn?t wait to check out Chipotle in Hazleton, but was quickly disappointed. The restaurant was dirty and... the food wasn?t fresh. The employees seemed friendly and were busy; however the dining area wasn?t swept or wiped down. Therewas a pile of chopped steak on the counter and the hot food containers were mostly empty. Gross food, tasted like cold bland weird mush. Guac was COMPLETELY brown, plus had this giant hard rubbery piece of what might... have once been avocado? Save yourself the disappointment and go to one of Zapatas locations. Read more
This place needs some new employees. Every place has there issues when they first open understandable... I have been here like 8... times since they opened, I like burritos.. last time I went and it will be my last time!! The servers changed when they startedmaking my burritos. This girl had an attitude problem. She put like a tea spoon full of steak on my burrito and looked at me andsays WHAT ELSE I said how about a normal portion of meat so she puts another tiny scoop on and then says I'm going to have tocharge you double... I said lady are u kidding me I ate here last night and a regular serving and it more then this.. (sheliterally had maybe maybe 10 little cubes of meat on it). Location was clean and modern, food tasted good. Workers seemed a little slow and items were missing on the line. Prices were... also on the higher end. Overall good, not great. Read more
It?s tastes like every other chipotle. Yes they?re very busy, they just opened. Also the pickup lane literally has mobile order... pickup posted everywhere even on the ground. But apparently some miss it still.. I couldn?t work like that with 100 people inthe parking lot. They get 5stars Read more
I?m going to give a neutral rate on this location, as it?s like 4 days old from being opened at the time of this review.... Personally, the food was enjoyable similar to many other Chipotle locations that I?ve visited before. The only complaint I?llgive is the very long delays they have when it comes to Mobile/Online orders. I ordered something simple, three tacos thatshould be ready in less than 5-7 minutes based on the time it was ordered. It took over 50 minutes for my order to get readybecause they had too many orders ahead of mine and delayed. If they manage to get the pace going on this issue, I willdefinitely update my rating for this location. Overall, I?d recommend it. I mean, it?s Chipotle. I?m sure it will get betterovertime. This location is new and modern. Very easy access with a decent parking lot and drive-through pick up lane. Although they were... really slow and messed up items on the order. I would highly recommend checking the order before you drive away. Read more
