Came in today when one girl was by herself. The line was long and it looked chaotic. Felt so bad for the poor girl but she... helped every customer and stayed focused and gave excellent customer service. Not sure if she was a manager and had multiplecall outs/no shows or was scheduled herself with no one else or still the result of call outs. I just went through the drive-thru, I specifically asked them for plain 6 piece Chicken McNuggets. I told them I could not have... the spicy ones because it was for my daughter. What did they give me the spicy nuggets. If you don't have the regular nuggetslet the customer know do not give them spicy nuggets and tell them it's regular nugget my daughter's mouth was burning from thetaste of the spicy nuggets. Not terrible food but my orders have been messed up multiple times and the staff isn?t what you?d call impressive. It?s a... McDonald?s not sure what to expect but not completely sticky tables. Well I do not work here anymore and I'll tell you why. This place has bad sister sister management and blames employees for... stuff they dont do, morning shift makes a mess and night shift is stuck working after hours cleaning up for them and they stillget yelled at. Do not work here! Let me add something else... I've ordered mobile about 3 times and every time so far they'vemessed it up I've waited up to 15 minutes for a simple order on a slow day before receiving my order and they also keepforgetting my drinks up to a point where I'm not ordering drinks though mobile order anymore. Noticed big lack of communicationtoo. I hate to be a critic but as far as I'm concerned most of the employees here have been here for more than enough time toknow what they're doing. Addition to this is that they took more than 10 minutes to get me my sandwich and a side of fries onesandwich and one side of fries I ordered ahead and only 3 people entered that store within the time frame I was waiting.Disgraceful horrible slow service obviously the rules have changed and not for the better.
