The pull in kiosks were closed however you weren't told that until you pulled in and pushed the button for service. Drive thru... only. Out of many menu items. This place was horrible. The wait to place an order was 15 minutes on a Saturday with relatively no cars. I would recommend... the owner reevaluate this store. Place is an absolute mess. Most of this location's employees are 16-17 year old high school kids who care little about the job.... We sat at the drive through microphone for 5 minutes repeating "Hello?" and when we finally decided to drive up and knock on thewindow the young woman said "Oh you want to order something? I didn't have my headset on." They're also for some reasonchoosing not to do carhop so customers are forced to wait in the drive thru lane for 15-20 minutes at a time only to get foodthat is either cold, missing, or incorrect. I've given this place 2 chances now and it's just not gotten any better. Aftergetting the wrong food they told us to drive back around and wait in line again. That was the last straw for me. The Hazelton site is seriously understaffed, they don't do the carhop service only drive thru, they have messed up every order I... have placed in the last several trips. Today I ordered a foot long chili cheese Coney with a side of tots. I got the package thehot dog is supposed to come in but it was full of tots covered in chili and cheese. No hot dog. Placed an order and I've been waiting 20 minutes already, when I checked on my order I was told it would be ready on 10 minutes.... Then the girl said oh what stall are you in and did you order? I repeated the order and she says 1 minute,by the way they wereout of everything pretty much, no tots, ice cream , slushies but yet you don't know my order. Why are you even open. The food is still acceptable here, but everything else about it is way below standards.. even for where it's situated. Toilet... didn't flush, Every. Single. Garbage pail was filled to the top when I arrived and when I left (which was over an hour later). Stood at the walk-up menu for at least 10-12 minutes before even sitting at the bench waiting to be told "drive-thru onlyplease" after another 5-7 minutes. After finally getting around to the crumpled drive-up speaker, there was no sonic blast, nocinnasnax, no water (??), And no Powerade. I ordered buffalo, got bbq; ordered tots, got fries. No napkins, no forks, noketchup, no mints. If you LOVE sonic and have to have it, fine; but be prepared to wait and be very specific in your orderrequest. Double check your order. Read more
Worst Sonic ever. Waited 15 minutes to order and we were the only car there. Took forever to get our food too. It was painful... watching the girl ever slowly counting $5.30 in change.
