Busy lunch order but it went so smoothly, and right before thanksgiving, no less. I was expecting a long wait and 1-2 items... wrong, but it was much quicker and perfect. Terri the manager was hawkeyed, and spotted that there was a discrepancy between thescreen and another customer's order before they had the opportunity to check. Our food was delicious too. Worst experience. They did not get my order correct and as a result I had to throw the whole thing away to avoid a serious food... allergy reaction. Completely incompetent employees. Read more

I like this location and the food is generally really good here but I went here for dinner tonight with my daughter 7/18/22 @... 8:10pm and the doors were already locked. You could see the drive-thru was still operating but the dining room was closed. Whywould the dining room be closed at 8:00 at night? I ended up going somewhere else because I really didn't feel like eating inmy car. Not exactly sure why the dining room would be closed so early but this is the second time I've encountered this and it'snot making for a happy customer. Read more

Went in to grab a quick bite. We ordered fresh brewed ice tea and were informed AFTER paying that it wasn't brewed anymore. The... manager said we could just g get water. When we asked for a water cup she semi-tossed the large cup at us and said you can usethis one. We had to ask for the charge for the iced tea be renovated. She never offered.. And that took a bit, she didn't seemto know how. Read more

Dined in.Party of three.Though there were at least four employees that were primarily visible we were told to order using the... kiosk. We were told everyone was busy and it would take a while to get to us. The food was not good. The crispy chicken wasanything but. The tomatoes in the cheeseburger were overripe and soggy. The fries were not warm or crispy, however due to theemployees being too busy for their customers who come into the establishment, we didn't want to ask for new fries. The women'sroom had a sticky floor and toilets that badly needed to be cleaned. While we were there we witnessed two potential customerstell the employees they were leaving for McDonald's. Read more

The 1 star is solely for the newcomer that took my order and without effort, he got it correct and was the most polite,pleasant... and eager to please young man that I have seen anywhere in a looong while!! However, there's a lot of room for improvement forthe entire staff behind him, including his manager!! This is not the 1st 2nd or even 3rd time this Wendy's has seriously screwedour order. When u have no tomatoes on the receipt then you not only find tomatoes but onions also then are told that there werealways onions, by a very argumentative and seriously rude manager, there's real issues at this establishment!! Honestly I feelthat the owner needs to get his hands dirty so to speak. I have 2 sisters that worked there for years....I know what came onwhat sandwich!! Read more
