I hate saying this, but Ive ordered the same drink online and come to pick up my Nitro Cold Brew with SWEET CREME. And it never... has sweet creme in it. Literally every time. I hate complaining but like its so simple and I have to tell them that they missedit since I can tell with the color. Its the only starbucks I can go on my break. I work extra early mornings or late nights andhaving such a simple mistake like that happen every time is starting to bother me after the 5th time of ordering. Read more

Starbucks is fantastic as almost always, I've only ever had one bad experience but it wasn't this Starbucks; THIS STARBUCKS, is... awesome! Friendly and professional atmosphere, customer service oriented courteous and polite driven to get your order to youas fast as possible but while being 100% accurate on your order! I highly recommend this Starbucks in particular because of theatmosphere of laid back professional courteous and polite all the staff are very friendly and I've never had a bad experiencehere. This is Fort Bragg's daycare center for the homeless. Like mangy dogs running through your local café and folks taking their... time in the bathroom to take showers? This is the place to go. Anything goes here. Sure, bring your dog in and let him eat outof his bowls on the floor! Too bad, since there are some super-nice employees, and Starbucks food is generally quite good. Read more
