The assistant manager Brianna picks on those with lower IQ?s and sends them to break right before lunch rush knowing they can... not drive and then fobs off not feeding them by falling back on a lazy policy of well if there is two tickets up we don?t wantto fall behind over our own employees. How?s that for treatment of staff folks. Then evening manager gets rude on the phoneasking if I?m threatening HER by mentioning Disability Law Center. No, just corporate or your owner should be aware that yourstaff is setting your store up for suits. This is why it?s so hard for the disabled to work! Shame on you Healdon, OklahomaSonic! Very disheartening to pull up and see 4-5 employees all hiding behind that new wooden fence to smoke at the same time... and the... rest hanging in the kitchen paying no attention to the drive thru speakers(or maybe they're busted already), since the storeremodel service is terrible.. I have not received a correct order YET... Asking for a no veggies mayo only burger and somehow20 pickles and everything BUT mayo ends up on it everytime... Ask for double quarterpound CB and it's made obvious the employeesdon't know their own menu or what goes on the items. Doesn't matter if the alterations are on the receipt or not.. they're noton your food... that's for sure... This review wouldn't exist if this wasn't a repeating problem.... Gave the benefit of thedoubt that maybe it was just the rush and busy-ness since the reopening but this is the 4th time it's happened at a time whenthere was only one other car in the parking lot besides us - second time trying the drive through and nobody answered thespeaker... and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru line. I had a 50$ order and I was very disappointed in my food. New store but same old service. Didn't even have a foot long bum for... my hotdog. I tried to call repeatedly and nobody will even answer the phone. Will not be back again. Read more
Not my own, but I heard from a good friend of mine, that they sell hotdogs. Had to check it out, and was mildly intrigued at the... mediocre flavor. If its a 7 pm on a Tuesday, done with life, I recommend a meal of this choice. Read more
3 times in a row within 2 weeks, the food has made me sick!!! Eat/drink anything at this location at your own risk. First time... was Sauced BBQ popcorn chicken had 1 huge piece where a bunch of chicken was cooked but not really cooked so I didn't eat thatpiece. 2nd time was bacon cheeseburger, meat was barely warm and I picked off raw parts of bacon. 3rd was grilled cheese, likehow can that even mess you up?? Ordered a cherry limeade with extra cherries, which we paid for, and there was only 1 cherry in the whole drink. This happened... before but I gave the benefit of the doubt and lost on this one. I had food issues before and talked with manager about it, yetnothing was done. That's why I only order drinks from here, but now I will no longer even consider this place. It was around735pm on a Sunday. So not during a rush period. Read more
I always love sonic. I don't ever have to wait too long for my food. I get in, order my food and within 10 minutes I'm served.... Good service and food. Will always stop here if I need a sonic fix. Good shakes and drinks. Stop here if you need a quick bitethat won't swallow your wallet. Read more
