Came across this tantalizing gem along our route! Food was top notch and our waitress was adorable, Emily ????

Ordered fish and chips which was really quick coming however it was cold so obviously pre cooked. When we asked for it to be... warmed in a microwave was informed they don't have one, but happy to replace, which they did only to be given another coldmeal! The little waitress couldn't have been more helpful but it wasn't her fault. We didn't want the meal for free (which theydid) we just wanted a nice meal. Reserve ahead during summers, this place can get booked super fast. We grabbed an outdoor seating because the weather was good,... but the bar area seemed the coziest with good ambience. The burger and the salmon bisque were great! The drinks were amazing -we got arctic coffee, berry crush mule, & they were great. Apple pie with ice cream was good. Our waitress Danijela was amazingto converse with & gave us good tips about travel in AK. Highly recommend! Read more

Canyon Steak House is FABULOUS !!! The salmon bisque was the best I've found yet. I had one of the less expensive steak entries... and it was still melt in your mouth delicious ! Great sides ( already paired for each entry) rounded out a practically perfectdinner. Too full to do desert, but imagine they were also excellent. Great service...excellent experience. Read more

My sister and I had the most amazing experience at the Canyon Steakhouse. Elizabeth was our server and she was so accommodating... and professional and gave service as you would receive in any five-star restaurant. I like the bar area the most. The high top table in the corner with the most view. The menu is the same with the restaurant.... They have a patio outside too. Read more
