This restaurant was one of the best experience we had in Alaska. The service was fantastic the food was better. They also had... great selection of wine. It was definitely worth trying the Serbian wine it was different and quiet good. This was one of thefew places in Alaska that I thought the food was actually worth what I spent. One other note is the deep-fried food ismasterfully done it is not greasy and perfectly crispy including the crepes. Save room for the chocolate cake, even though it'll be difficult since all the food is so delicious! I really enjoyed the Meat... Fried Crepe appetizer. Friendly & fast service, but they don't rush you out the door. Turkish coffee was a fun new experience. Read more
This place was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, the Serbian wine was unique and tasty,... and the staff were friendly and efficient. We had the sampler appetizer, pilaf and schnitzels. I would go back in heartbeat.Definitely check this place out! Read more
What a surprise to find such great restaurant in a small town. Really a hidden gem. This is my first time having Serbian foods... and really opened up my dinning experience. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, noise level were low. Great ambience fordinning. The host was very friendly, staffs provided outstanding services. Is a pleasant to dinning there. We really enjoyed our dinner at Moose-AKa's. Each dish we had was delicious - appetizer platter, schnitzel, Mousakka and... desserts. The staff was very welcoming and informative. They also said "this is European Style restaurant, meaning we aren'tgoing to rush you out of here. Take your time and tell me when you are ready to go." This was refreshing to hear in a busytourist town and we'd highly recommend dining here. Read more
