The food was fresh and hot and everything was correct. My son likes his burgers plain and everyone gets them wrong.
Dining room is listed as open on Google except that's not true. Share your dining room hours with the public please and thanks
The new one on 79 in Heath, Ohio is not bad. The people seemed nice and the service was quick and accurate.
Worst representation of the BK franchise I've ever witnessed. "Manager" on duty is taking the drivethru orders and can't keep... track of both lanes. Simple solution = close one of the lanes. Nope...she skips the outside lane for ten minutes, 3x cars,AFTER checking in and saying she'll be right with us. Then instead of apologizing for her mistake asks "do you want a job?". Wow... This lady has issues and doesn't belong in a customer facing position. Hey BK Corporate, you got a problem in Heath OH. Read more
