Location is very bad and parking is horrible and confusing due to driving pattern and layout. These issues often can lead to... near crashs. Many friends and co workers also avoid going here for same reasons even though they like the menu. Would be a badlayout for seniors people with wheelchairs. Read more

When it comes to Chipotle this is the best one by far in the area. They are the most consistent with the food flavors and most... unlikely to mess up a to go order. They have had moments where orders have gotten messed up or to go orders have been stolenwhich have resulted in longer wait times however this is few and far between! The overall staff attitude is pretty friendly andrespectful which again I have seen the opposite at other chipotle establishments which is shocking. Absolutely terrible. Make the extra drive to 21st street it?s much better. I?ve tried this location several times and it?s... always something? my bowl was literally half empty, missing several ingredients, missing my drink and they barely gave me anysalsa with my chips. I ordered chicken and steak and I?m not exaggerating when I say there is less than 6 pieces of meat in thisentire bowl. Read more
I've given this location enough chances. I avoided it for months due to the empty bowls you'd get when ordering online. Decided... to give another chance today, which I regret. I placed an online order, over 30 minutes before the pickup time. Walk in and wastold they aren't doing online orders today. Thanks for the call. A door dash driver walked in after me and was told no door dashorders. Apparently no call was made to them either. So I got in line and ordered. Double steak, which amounted to a singleorder, at best. The steak was simply not edible. It was impossible to chew. Purchased and paid for a side of guac, which nevermade it into my bag. My rice was fresh but NOT cooked. It should never be crunchy in the middle. That basically made my entire meal almost inedible.... They were out of chips at a time when they should not be. The kitchen had tons of dirty dishes piled up. Not one of my bettervisits at all. Read more
