The past two times we've been here, (and other times before) they've gotten our order wrong and we can't get through to anyone... when we call. This place is ridiculously expensive for two bites of soup and a plain salad so I do expect the order to becorrect. They have not had baguettes the past two times either and instead, put chips in our order rather than even letting usknow they were out. Will not be back. Just isn't worth it. P.S. Whoever is working tonight does not know what a caesar saladis. Read more

When I walked in with my roommate, we saw a team of employees doing a dance jig and enjoying their time working. I immediately... loved the energy. Tyler was the person who served us and was soooo kind and helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. Mysandwich wasn?t on the menu but I told him the Ingredients and he figured out what sandwich I wanted and made it happen. The Mac n cheese was uncooked and watery, and when we brought it back to get it fixed we waited 30 minutes and never got... anything. We finally had to go and ask for a refund because the Mac n cheese was not edible. We hope this will inspire Panera tostep up there game. Read more

Staff was standing around chatting about anything but food, booths were dirty, sandwich was cold, napkins were empty. Staff was... rude when I ask for napkins. Most staff was wearing headphones and unable to hear customers. Read more
