ETA the order was paid for, and I never received the food so I wanted either my money back or the food that I had already paid... for and never received! I placed an order on the website on Halloween. When I went to pick up my food, the store was closed. Icalled the following day and off and on for four days before someone finally answered. I tried to correct the problem throughcorporate as well, but there was no phone number listed, and the contact form just says page not found once you try to submitthe form. I told the woman at the store what happened, and just wanted either a refund or the food I had ordered. She was veryshort and rude and said I had to call a 1800 number. My husband called back bc there was no number listed on the website (wefinally found it after this call but had to Google Taco Bell Complaint Number to find it.) He simply asked nicely and waspatient despite the woman being rude to me, and she had the nerve to give him an attitude too! Finally beyond fed up he simplyasked for her name, was not rude about just said okay and can I get your name, and she freaking hung up the phone! How she has ajob let alone is a manager is beyond me! I know it?s fast food and gets frustrating with people, but seriously! The level ofrudeness and unprofessionalism was completely uncalled for, and down right disrespectful given the situation! The only reason this visit is low is because you never know if the dining room will be open. We went shortly after noon, and it... was closed, drive thru only. When open the staff has been excellent and food was delicious Read more
Just had tacobell breakfast and it's very good...definitely give it a try
They take 1 order at a time. Once that car has its food, then they take the next car at the speaker. When u get to the window... (an hour later) there's several workers standing there socializing. Not sure whats going on w that. They received 2 stars bc thefood orders are accurate. Read more
Like many other reviews have said, either this store or a specific manager is trying to cheat benchmark times by only taking one... order at a time in the drive thru, forcing every customer to wait for minutes at the speaker before ordering. Then you getpulled into a parking spot to wait for your food before they take the next order. Food quality is great and service is friendly.Have had the same experience half a dozen times over the last few months. Read more
They call this a bean burrito. My fries were only half full and notice NO cinnamon on my twists. Other items were also... undersized. Completely disappointing. My order was almost $22. All puny and horrid. I made an online order. This is a chronicissue there is not even a table spoon of beans in my BEAN burrito. Completely ridiculous. Absolute waste of money. It took 40minutes to process the online order also because of payment processing issues. Also asked for 3 hot and 2 mild sauces.Waste....so they are cutting costs by cutting portion sizes? How about stop giving 30 sauces for 6 items. Read more
