Bought a ham the and it was good but grossly overpriced. Then bought lunch there for my daughter and I, a sandwich and a salad.... Again, grossly overpriced. The sandwich was ok. Nothing spectacular. The salad was just gross. The lettuce was covered withsand!! SAND!!! Both salads went into the trash. The feeling of sand against my teeth was just the worst. I'll never shop thereagain. NEVER!! Delicious Ham ! Their Turkey is good also. A tad pricey but worth it ! Going to try their Ham Salad soon.
My wife call to order a ham and asked to make a reservation. She was told that they did not take reservations but that there... were plenty available and she could come by the next day to pick one up. We decided to go there the same day to make sure wegot a ham and were asked by an employee if we had a reservation since we could only get a ham if we had reserved one. When weexplained that we were told we could not make a reservation just a few hours earlier, we received only a blank stare. Noapology and no explanation from the employee or someone who appeared to be a manager. Terrible customer service, we won't beback. Read more

I went in there today to purchase some ham salad and get some ham for sandwiches oh, and when I got it home it wasn't the type... off of their big hams that is sliced off with rough edges it was the smaller circular ham that seems more processed. It was notas good and I did not even know or I would not have bought that particular type and they do have fabulous box lunches but my sonloves his sandwich on a croissant. Read more
With just 2 hours notice the staff was able to prepare a wonderful sandwich tray for me! I was fearful because another well... known sub chain told me they needed 24 hours notice. The staff at the Honey Baked store could not have been more accommodating.And the sandwiches were delicious!! Read more
Very friendly staff and quick service. I went in to pick up a ham. I was waited on very promptly. She helped me to determine... what size of ham I would need and gave me some tips on heating and serving it. I was in and out in just a few minutes withexactly what I needed. My wife ordered ham sandwich and salad. I ordered turkey sandwich and potato chips and small drinks. Food was great for first... time visit. Also, ordered a ham and turkey for pickup for Thanksgiving. The morning associate seem to have an attitude likeshe didn't want to be there.
