Waited in the drive thru line for probably 20 minutes. They are super super slow at this location. The food was good but I... definitely noticed the chicken nuggets are about half the size they used to be so it seems you're getting even less for yourmoney. Read more
The staff are friendly and orders are more accurate than most other places. The higher quality of ingredients shows in the end... product, their fries are great especially with Wendy's Hot Chili Sauce. Read more
Food was nasty tried to call the store to talk to manager but couldn't get through ,,, stop serving burnt old food ,,and always... act like the big boss is the one your serving because this is ridiculous and I am getting ahold of someone hire than amanager,,, I waited 30 mins for nasty burnt old food and I rather wait 30 min for fresh food ,,,it sad my 2yr old could ofmade my order better Read more
Long line so went inside... just to stand there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence to then say it'll be... just a minute. Also a gnat flying in the cookie case. Couple flies flying around. Would have been quicker to stay in the drivethru. Read more
When I visited the line was wrapped around the building which is normally the case and the normal wait time is between 30 and 45... minutes. I decided to go into the lobby to order because I didn't have the time to wait the normal time in line. When I enteredthe restaurant I was greeted by a young man lounging on the counter playing with a drink and his exact words were "what do YOUwant" I explained a biggie bag to which he rudely and nastily stated they were not taking counter orders. The doors were notlocked and there was no sign. Terrible customer service and I have decided I am no longer going to waste my money at wendy's. Read more
Excruciatingly slow service. 4 cars in front of us and the wait to get food was over 15 minutes. No customers inside, so that... wasn't the reason it was slow. 5 employees mostly just standing around. Fries were almost cold. Tiny sliver of a tomato onchicken sandwich. Plastic cups not recyclable. Read more
