Came in 15 minutes before they were closing and the young girl told me they were closed because she's got things to do. I told... them that's not how business works and she started panicking and crying ????. Then the gas station attendant asked me to leaveso I asked for a manager number. She gave me a fake number and said go ahead nothing will come off it. Oh well, not the firsttime I've passed up on bad service from that same subway. Read more
Sub was great. Service was a little slow. But they were a little busy. Will give another chance and update my review.

The Kilmarnock Subway is currently closed due to renovations. You all are the only subway with in 30 miles with out going to... Warsaw. It is absolutely REDICULOUS that you close at 4pm on Sunday and were closed at 6 during the week. You are loosing allsorts of business due to this. Not to mention you have poor employees who don't want to do their job and mess up everyone'smeals. And half the time you are lacking on supplies. Get it together! Read more
Poor service. Worker had a bad aditude. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Sandwich was sloppy. My wife got a chopped salad... and half the chicken and bacon wasn't chopped up at all. Will no go back while that worker is making sandwiches. -5 stars Read more
Requiring masks after the mandate has been lifted. Very unfriendly sign on the door announcing so. However, since inside 2... employees were seen without masks I went without, and yet a kind employee asked me to put it on anyway. I will not be back untilthey lift these requirements as masks are not acceptable, nor tolerable, to all. Bully for those who love their masks! They canhave this establishment and I will patron other businesses who are more welcoming and accommodating to those who can?t or won?tmask. Read more
