We were the only customers on a Monday night. The employees were very friendly and helpful while ordering.
The sonic in heavner Oklahoma was on spot, our hole order was all there and we ordered for 3 adults and 3 kids. Food was cooked... right tasted right and the person taking our order was really patient with while ordering she even took time to read back ourorder to us. Very satisfied with this sonic. Service slow and food was sloppy. I ordered a bacon cheese toaster combo no sauce and it wasn't toasted, extra sauce, no bacon,... and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. So I placed an order for the 5 piece tender meal. Got a slushie to drink with that. For starters, it looked like it was going to... be filling until I pull the piece if Texas toast out and this is what I'm left with. The cup of ranch they put in there is in mytrash because it looked like it was boiled. ???????? When placed through the app, I should be receiving hot food, not food thaty'all forgot to take out. THEN!!!!! The lady that brought out my food out stomped away and starting to complain about me nottipping her.
