It's Arby's, now although this 1 location is under staffed, they are hiring if anyone needs a job, the food was mediocre at... best. Fries were fresh, hubby enjoyed his beef and cheddar, my French dip not that great, the bun seemed stale, the meat old.Customer service was great though!! Read more

If I could give this a 0 star I would !!! Service was horrible! I got up to the window and a older blonde lady was so... disrespectful and rude. I was shocked to say the least . We ordered $30 worth of food and when I asked for arby sauces shehanded over 1 packet with attitude as if it was coming out of her pocket I was taken back by her HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Shedidn?t want to give us more than one ranch either . I agree with the above review stating "if I could give 1/2 star I would"... I should have known, when the drive thru was empty... and my food was ready as soon as I reached the window... That's $32 (for 3 people) I can't get back and 3/4 of it literally wentin the garbage! Imagine biting into a brisket sandwich that is not even lukewarm with a dab of BBQ sauce on a super dry bun andpulling out a mouthful of gristle.. Nearly every bite spit out! The chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting out allday.. My mom tried to cut a bite with a knife and it was so dry she couldn't eat it. So basically we each ate a shake for dinner(which was delicious apparently because you can't let that sit under a light all day)... My husband summed it up like this "youcan't make a sandwich like that by mistake.. You've got to see the fat in the meat".. It's been years since I've eaten atArby's... Never again. Read more
If I could Give a ½ star I would. No Garbage Cans for their Garbage and I was told to tell the manager. The Curly Fries were... mostly thin crunchy strips and the meat was dry. Very disappointed that they had no garbage cans available for customers! Read more
There is something to be said about a town, city or civilization who's parents can't muster enough of their teenage progeny to... get a job to better their community. Case in point, managers for Arby's and Burger King of Heber both couldn't get enough staffto open the dinning room and just kept the drive throughs open. That's great for the general populous but not for a 75 tractortrailer driver who just drove 500 miles from Denver and looking for a hot meal. Elitism at it's finest. Read more
Parked my loaded semi and walked to location. Inside closed at 3pm??? Ordered at window and sat on a rock in front to eat.... Stared at 3 people inside as I ate. I guess I have a super power (invisibility). They ignored me, even as it started raining.Took my food and ate at the enclose door, locked of course. The kids at the window and food was great! The management, meh. I ama human being. Oh no trash receptacles in parking lot. I got in line with the cars for the drive up window.
