I have never been treated so rudely when talking to the manager at Heber City Burger King when the order was not correct they... would not answer the phone so we had to go through the long line of cars again. When I explained the problem , she told me itwas not her problem I told her that as a manager she should should want the customer happy and she just kept saying over andover it was not her problem I asked for her supervisor contact number and she slammed the window in my face. She left mesitting there for over 20 minutes refusing to talk with me making all the other customers wait. She refused to give me thesupervisor or owners phone number. Went for lunch. They were very nice. Order was correct and food was hot. They had more people working which helps!
Talk about worst experience ever. First off they told us we had to order combo meals instead of what we wanted which was the... 2-$4 breakfast sandwiches. Then when they give us our food our order was wrong. They gave us no hash browns or french toaststicks. Then when I drove up to the drive up window they acted all put out that they had to make our order right. There lobbyis closed too which makes it near impossible to fix any problem. And no receipt so I had no way of proving what I paid for. Avoid this place like the plague. No one deserves to be treated the way we were. Read more
30-40 min drive thru line! Unbelievable. They don?t have the store open so forget going inside to order.

Staff does not take orders at the drive thru. At 6 pm the staff is inside the store and said through the drive thru speaker that... the store is closed until 8 in the morning when they would start serving again. Read more
